One of the game's innovations is that all content is presented in two languages: Portuguese and the Potiguara language (a language belonging to the Tupi linguistic family), one of the most important Indigenous languages in Brazil.
Endangered animals, such as the jaguar and the giant anteater, are at the center of the game's narrative. The story takes the player back to the period before the arrival of the Portuguese in the territory now known as Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.

Currais em Chamas is a retro action-adventure game set in the city of Currais Novos (RN), turning real landscapes such as the Brejuí Mine and the Seridó Geopark into playable, history-rich game environments. Designed as a tool for promoting cultural tourism, the game offers a unique experience: QR Codes integrated into the virtual setting allow players to scan with their phones and discover curiosities, historical facts, and regional highlights in real time.
